These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pondsdale Cleaning Solutions, LLC ("Pondsdale," "we," "us," or "our") website and booking services. By booking a service, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Pondsdale connects customers with independent, background-checked cleaning, mobile detailing, and pressure washing professionals ("Providers") in the Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. Bookings are scheduled and processed through our website and our booking platform partner, BookingKoala.

2. Independent Providers

Providers who perform services booked through Pondsdale are independent contractors, not employees of Pondsdale. Pondsdale does not directly supervise the manner in which Providers perform services, though we require all Providers to meet our screening standards and follow our service checklists.

3. Booking and Payment

• Prices displayed on our website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on home size, service scope, or add-ons selected at booking.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By booking, you authorize Pondsdale to charge your payment method for the agreed service amount.
• Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of booking.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We will work with you and the assigned Provider to address any concerns, which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and access information so Providers can complete the service as scheduled.
• Secure or disclose any fragile items, pets, or hazards that may affect the Provider's ability to safely perform the service.
• Treat Providers with respect and professionalism.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pondsdale strives to work with reliable, insured Providers, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pondsdale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services booked through our platform. Any claims related to property damage or service quality should be reported to us promptly so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

7. Account and Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a service, and not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site.

8. Provider Applications

Individuals applying to become independent contractor Providers through our hiring form agree to provide accurate information and consent to a background check as part of the application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into our Provider network.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
